Faye has held the position of Financial Controller for Shipping 360 since 2014. Having previously worked as an analyst in the controller department for interest rate swaps at Morgan Stanley and Barclays Capital, she then moved to Jam Design and Communications Ltd to manage their Finance Department.

Before establishing Shipping 360, Massimo served as a Director of Braemar Seascope from 2005 to 2012. He had previously worked with Sovereign Shipbrokers for 10 years as a partner and prior to that for 10 years as Managing Director at Bedford Ship-Management, an Italian controlled ship-owning company based in London.

Yannis started his shipbroking career at Shipping 360 in 2014, after completing his MSc Marine Transport with Management at Newcastle University. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies from the University of Piraeus. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers and a guest lecturer at Heriot-Watt University.

Shirin Elwood joined the Operations department of Shipping 360 in 2019.

Nicola joined the London office of Shipping 360 in 2014 to manage operations on Time Charters and has now extended to the spot market department. She had formerly worked in the operations department of Sovereign Shipbrokers from 1994 to 2013, covering all areas of post fixture admin, operations and claims.

Paolo joined Shipping 360 in Monaco in 2015, having previously worked as a tanker broker at Sernavimar S.r.l. in Venice, since 2000. A specialist in clean petroleum products and the edible markets, he also worked in the tanker sector for the Genoa Sea Brokers company from 1994 to 2000.

Ben joined the S&P/Projects department of Shipping 360 in 2021 after completing his bachelor degree in History from the University of Sheffield.

Prior to setting up Shipping 360, Philip worked for 20 years at Braemar Seascope as a Tanker Department Director. He began his career at Somarco in London initially as a trainee and was later appointed as a Director. Philip has been involved in all aspects of the spot market and period projects, specifically in the tanker sector.

Panos joined the S&P/Projects department of Shipping 360 in 2019. After obtaining his bachelor degree in Maritime Studies from Aegean University, he went on to achieve his MSc in Shipping Trade and Finance at the Cass Business School.

Before joining Shipping 360 in Monaco in 2016, Mathilde worked as the office manager of Braemar Seascope Monaco from 2009 to 2012, she also obtained her Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers Foundation Diploma specialising in Ship Sale and Purchase. Previously, she has worked as Corporate and Social Events Manager at the International University of Monaco and as Accounts Manager at Elysys in Monaco.
